Open Question: What do you think of my tier system of the clubs in the major European leagues for this upcoming season?

I know I will make huge mistakes lol, but here I go:P What changes would you guys make? KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TIERS ARE ALL THAT MATTER NOT THE ORDER I AM PUTTING THEM IN AS THAT IS JUST THE ORDER THEY POP INTO MY HEAD! :P And I am only doing La Liga, PL, Serie A, Bundesliga, Port Liga, and Eredivisie:) Tier 1: Barca: Obvious Chelsea: Obvious Man Utd: Obvious Real Madrid: Obvious Inter: CL winners Bayern: CL runner-ups Arsenal: I think they deserve to be up here, even tho they are borderline. Tier 2: Liverpool: May be able to jump to Tier 1 this season again, but I will keep them down here cause of their dismal season last year. Roma: Another candidate to be in Tier 1, but I guess we will wait and see how they do in Europe. AC Milan: Another possible borderline Tier 1 candidate, but they did not impress last season when they got massacred by Man Utd. Juve: Were dismal last season, and I do not see them improving. Sampdoria: Lets see how they do in Europe this season Fiorentina Atletico Madrid: They won the Tier 2 championship with the Europa League, so for sure have proven their worth. Sevilla: Took the Copa del Rey and defeated Barca in the process. Seem to be a decent threat to the Big 2 in La Liga. Valencia: A possible threat to the Big 2 in La Liga, but will struggle without the Davids, I hope they do not fall to Tier 3. Tottenham: Should be interesting to see how they do in the CL. Aston Villa Manchester City Everton Werder Bremen: Hopefully they can retain Ozil Schalke Marseille Lyon Bordeaux Sporting Benfica Porto Ajax PSV Twente: may be Tier 3, but they won the league last season Tier 3 Villareal: a possible Tier 2 candidate Mallorca: last season they seemed to be a Tier 2 team, I guess we shall see how they do this season, too bad they won't be in the Europa League. Getafe: I love their keeper hehe. Deportivo la Coruña: always seem strong, and it was not long ago that they won La Liga! Espanyol Athletico Bilbao Auxerre Lille Montpellier Bayer Leverkusen Borussia Stuttgart Hamburg Wolfsburg Frankfurt Hoffenheim Fulham West Ham United Newcastle (yes I said Newcastle lol) Palermo Napoli Lazio Genoa Udinese: They really underperformed last season tho Braga Feyenoord...
